Answer from the paper_boat: In the original game she was an Asian. France has their own Asian colony, so there's no problem with it, I guess.

You're right. This problem still exists and will be fixed then Mamita will return and will finish his own Masquerade scripts.

Hello, fellow cainites, long time no see! Dunno if you guys remember me, but good to know the mod is still being worked on. I have a bug to report (version 5.4.01). I'm doing a playthrough of the mod on my youtube channel, and during my recordings last night I had several crashes on the necromancer boss in the graveyard in Paris, the one for the quest given by the mortician guy. Just entering his room and looking at his face crashed the game multiple times, and I had to reboot my pc most of the time because I couldn't open the task manager. I never had this crash before, and I played several versions of this mod in the last few years, so I don't know what caused it. My pc is not great, so heads up, that might be the problem. I don't know what is the links policy of this new forum, so I'm not going to post any here, but the name of the channel is Garcia kinda plays and the video with the crashes is the one that I posted today, part 05, so if you guys want to see the crashes happening skip to minute 39. That said, other bugs I experienced back in the day in earlier quests didn't happen, this was the first one, so the mod has been more stable overall and I was eventually able to kill the boss by entering the room sideways and attacking mostly his lower body. That's it, thanks for your hard work and a good day to all!
The credits aren't critical, but 2 or 3 seconds more wouldn't hurt showcasing all of you that are involved.

But I went back just now and was shooting at him while taking a screesnshot and I have seemed to be able to bug him out where he just stands there facing in a corner with odd twitch.
I tried a save reload at that point and also ai_disable command to see if it would help but he remains in same position. He is not responding to shots now. I didn't enter into dialogue with him at anytime, ever.

You would be more than welcome to link videos from your YouTube channel here in this forum or link your YouTube channel as a whole in your signature. The same goes for any member of our community. Feel free to edit your message with a link to the video in question if desired.
Your issue sounds to me as if it might be some sort of memory leak caused by an improperly compressed texture or improperly exported .mdl mesh. Hopefully one of the project's developers might come to a better understanding of your problem after looking at your video.

Thanks for the reply, maybe I messed up the instalation process or maybe my PC belongs in Jurassic Park. Later today I'll reinstall to see if that fixes it. Or maybe I should run the exe as administrator, there's many things I haven't tried yet, but at least I can continue the game normally now. Thanks!

Last patch is focused on the first two hubs, I think thta you can notice the improvement. Zurich and Berlin have been untouched for now... probably take care of them on the next patch.

Thank you for making the mod and for watching the playthrough! I would also like to thank the team that is working on the patches, the improvement is very noticeable and a lot of progress has been done. This is truly a work of love and dedication! Hopefully more people can be aware of this mod because I think it is one of the best overhauls ever created by a game's community. I'll report all the bugs that I find to give you guys some feedback. If you didn't have time to visit Zurich and start this damn quest with a phone, I'll leave this critical fix here.
Someone in the Russian community found this bug again, so this version was tested and worked.
And I returned the missing gas station texture made by Barabbah.
+ little bonus:
- fix for the Vatican map(thanks to Barabbah and paper_boat) - fix for the Jewelery Box and fix Sheila model again (by paper_boat)

As for the new gas station texture I don't know, but I can confirm im on War Games Official Patch 5.4.01 and I just ran through new game and ran up to the gas station and it is the same.
Hey guys, back again with some feedback. I had constant crashes in the necromancer boss in the graveyard as I already reported and I was also having the same crashes in the german base in Paris and in the second encounter with Irma Grese in the basement of the base. However, I randomly discovered that a weapon called Colt 1911, pictured below, had no stats and crashed my game everytime it was used.
I was using this weapon during the fight against the necromancer and also in the base and against Irma , so I decided to simply try fighting without it, and guess what, no crashes occurred, which leads me to believe that every single crash that I have experienced up to this point has been caused by the usage of this particular weapon. Maybe along the way I triggered something that caused this issue, maybe my instalation corrupted some files, maybe the arsenal mod isn't fully integrated to war games, maybe it's an issue that happens to only a small percentage of players or it might be a problem with the arsenal mod itself, I really don't know what caused it, could be a combination of factors too. I defeated Irma, sold the weapon and I will avoid using it until the end of the playthrough, there's many other weapons, so that's not a big deal at all. That's it, I'm glad I will be able to keep going! Good night to all!

We'll look at this problem with the Colt and will make a fix to solve the problem.
