Well I still believe we can still deviate this train and avoid the wreck, not for TCR but for the name.
I guess someone in Paradox has somehow realized, because they are all the sudden quiet but we will see, maybe it will allow us to do anything we want.
I still don't believe in them but maybe Paradox will listen to the bad review.
But I think we can still request Steam to have a workshop, so people will realize it is possible to mod this game.
And maybe somehow that will trigger some blue collar in Microsoft/Activision, I still hope they just improve the engine without touching the ip, kind of last patch or something like this everything is done we are just missing the final step that is inside the code.

I've proceeded to make the various post function buttons a touch easier to look at and differentiate between when replying to another user, hopefully it helps towards avoiding mistakenly clicking on the Edit button again.
So I started playing the beta of your mod. First, congratulations for doing it in the first place ! There are too few mods at all...
Still I have some questions and suggestions:
- Is this mod supposed to play out the normal story of Bloodlines only you play as a Giovanni this time?
- If that's the case, how can you kill Johnny in the tutorial when you certainly need to meet him later?

- No it is along the normal story the only disgression let's say is the Ocean's house but depending of your choice, you might not solve the pendant, you will be back there but for something else.

After the story will continue alongside the fact that Lacroix is dead and the Anarch have the power in LA up to the Familly reunion or a bit later so that's a bit of year.
I tried to follow the story that's why it is a bit restrictive, so the real game would start after the Giovanni party (next release).
LA is more a base operation that something you will fight for, but you might get access to money, boon or something else, Giovanni are independant and oriented on themselves (and dead people) so the interaction will be limited with other faction, it will still happen.
- Well Johnny is kinda left over due to model and sound so let's say that's another one, the action of the tutorial is in Las Vegas but maybe it is not clear enough.
- Voicemaker (sub) for Elsa, Vittorio Bob and Antonio and ElevenLabs for the other, I have a preference for ElevenLabs are the voice sound natural, I really like the narrator and Mercurio voice, I need to make better intonation with speech to speech see if it is working.
Maybe I will switch to full ElevenLabs and have a sub, it has a tool to generate voice with a sample, I want to try to expand the voice we have in game, that would be nice to increase the interaction. I need to try, maybe with Therese first I came along a need with her it is half filled for now with another sentence but having some generic one could be great for the conversation.
For the tutorial it is clearly not great but it will be skippable, in fact I created it for my friends that never played it (and test it in live) so at least they know what to do, I know for us, we know the game by but for people that didn't play since a long time or people that come from the ttrp and play bloodlines once. That's the only idea I came along to have nearly every thing so the player could start right away.
I have tried to have a small hub, but that's basically ended the same as the normal tutorial so just for those steps I prefer to focus on the 2 buildings and make it skippable for the people that know how to play. The new things are explained later.

The Villa map was a breaker each time that I reach a step, I took probably 3 month of modding due to this map, it took ages to optimized and it still the only one for now that require to skip the 2 pass otherwise it is endless loop. I got a bug on it that even interloper was not able to figure out, after 3 weeks of crash, I figure out that it was the number of reflexion on prop_static that generate this, so there is less palm and less light on it, actually I am not sure I could add a palm/light combo otherwise it explode.

For sure if I have to restart from scratch I will do thing differently, but for the Hecata (Giovanni/Harbringer) that will stay like this.

As Elsa point out at the begining, "things are not runuing as smoothly as it used to be in LA" so you just arrived at the bad time.

If I think this beta is "stable" enough I will advertise on other platform and contact some ttrpg youtuber, maybe that will help finding some natural English writter, the amount of work for myself is already huge, so I have to make this choice and I am confident on it.

Also why you should fight the zombie as a Giovanni? They are the one who created them, no point to destroy precious ressource and thing that take a bit of time to animate

10K which is reachable very quickly and when testing like trying to add intonation and voice effet that could take a bit of try and so a bit of character. Voicemaker it is 30k if you sub (I think can't rememeber), but even the voice with effect - and they have improve quite well - are no match, ElevenLabs have access to more data, that's why, I will probably switch all my voice to it, has I don't want to have both and I think the match will be one sided. But I don't want to go back to the scene/voice/lip combo because that thing put me down quite a bit, I am glad I release the mod at least now I feel better.

I also think that's the idea, I don't want to dig to much on the Rothstein it will come at one point later, but it is already complicated with the number of branch

So if I understand this correctly, you play a Giovanni at the same time that Bloodlines takes place to show off how they get the sarcophagus. I like that idea, it's a bit similar to the Prelude ! But I still don't like that you meet all the same people. Meeting the Rossilinis and Giovannis is fine, but meeting Johnny, Heather and Mercurio is too much of an coincidence, especially as they don't have the right accents. Also the latter basically gives you the same missions as in Bloodlines and both the Ocean House and the beachhouse maps are outdated and buggy!

Yeah, writing dialogues is hard for us non native speakers. Prelude II has been delayed for that over and over! In your case though, I noticed that you often copied exactly the same lines from the original game which is noticable for somebody like me. I suggest to find your own words and then have them improved by a native speaker. MooCha is from England and Signothorn is from the US, one of them could help!
Also why you should fight the zombie as a Giovanni?
They would be great for training purposes and should be easy to create for the Giovanni, look how many they have in their crypts! Also you could use the ghosts in the crypt to introduce the Giovanni discipline.

My suggestion is this: Get rid of all the intro, tutorial, Mercurio visual novel stuff (because you can hardly move before a fade-out happens) and start off at the Empire hotel. Maybe this is where Elena is residing, but she gives you the pizzeria room as your haven. From there she sends you to the new mansion, which is an amazingly build map , and from there you are send to get the museum keys and so forth. At the moment I am stuck at the pizzeria because the Mercurio quest fails. The log says something about searching the place. Is this about the pizzeria or the beachhouse? Your logs need to be a little more precise as well !
