About music... I don't know if changing it on existing hubs is a good idea. Some music evoke the place for old players. Of course music on existing clubs has been changed for some of the era.
Smoothing Scale: 0.00 (No scaling, use original values)
Brightness Scale: 2.00 (Twice brighter) => this is where it changes life, really, I think they use this param in the maps
Use Phy. Models: Yes => After my test I think it did better result but it could depend on the model on the map, I use the la_empire_1 for comparison, it is up to you.
Compiling Force Fast: No => But you have to put yes for the hubs because they are crazy not optimized so it will end on endless vvis loop.

For the crash, when I will have it I will see but it might come from a prop_static, I have noticed that's one of the main factors of crashing and according to the behavior, I wouldn't be surprised that you have a lot of them on the side where people turn.
Also I would suggest to put the release on Nexus as well, it is crazy slow on moddb (and for me it failed twice) but up to you

I think it crashed when I looked back at LaCroix's shop. Maybe some graphic there hasn't been precached or similar?

As I wrote earlier, my guess is this: Because of the vampire/hunter switch I use vm_feed in the keyboard definitions, which then triggers an alias in user.cfg that looks for checkFeed(), which is defined in my vamputil.py but not yours. You probably define +feed which works fine if you start a new game without playing the patch before, like MooCHa. If you played the patch before though, the game will copy the patch config.cfg file into your mod folder including the vm_feed definition. It will then look for checkFeed() and can't find it! The easiest solution is to copy this into your vamputil.py (feedStart and feedStop are already in your user.cfg):

In a general remark Wesp5 it would be great if you fork or I don't know what but have the hunter stuff taken as a mod and not be part of the baseline.
Well if people are coming to the game and want to create stories they will need a baseline, I have cleaned some hubs (and sm is totally configurable) so I could help.

Sorry, but the hunter stuff will stay in the patch because it is intended as a base for people working on multiplayer maps. Also the user.cfg is not the problem, but config.cfg itself. My solution posted above already has the hunter stuff removed!

That's what I figured and this is why I report all my issues here so you can fix them for v2. After all without the bug reports my Unofficial Patch would have died years ago! So some more feedback about downtown:
Downtown hub:
- Many more texture alignments are wrong, e. g. top chantry window, crackhouse door, backalley doors and library windows.
- All the busstop signs are not solid and on the maps you can find the Venture Tower as locations which shouldn't be listed then.
- There is blood on the Skyeline Apartment door, intentional? Also you can look outside the map from the Last Round backyard.
Last Round:
- The AIN file is not up-to-date, there is nobody behind the bar so you can just go there and Nines is clipping right into the wall.
Medical clinic:
- I love the idea to see this when it was running, but you need to use clean textures and of course all the spiderwebs need to go!
- There is no reception and in the first big room the girl on the table was standing on it and the girl with the wheelchairs clips in it.
Club Confession:
- The AIN file is not up-to-date and I noticed that probably a lot of posters are from the 2000s so they need to be replaced overall.
- I like the new kind of crowd and the new music, also the models are great! Who made them? The Asian girl doesn't talk though.

I though this music will fit with the place, about the models, I used a dynamic_ornament of VV skirt, the setite is the same kindred as in war games, looking for the spell of life (like in war games). About the other models, they don't were designed specifcally for this mod, I have a big repository of models...

I continued with Santa Monica this evening, more cool new models but also more dark map areas!
Hub: - Open up the road from the hub to the pier, it's only closed in Bloodlines due to the murder. - I love that you reopened the gas station, but the sign should still be SunCo gasoline there. - The guy at the gas station does not talk and he wears a RedSpot t-shirt which doesn't fit! - Busstop signs are again not solid and if you jump on the tanker you can see out of the map.
Pier: - Behind the big first house you can clip through the railing and drop onto the ocean floor. - The ocean has no water and to the left of the building below the pier is a quadratic area. - When it rains the raindrop do hit some invisible box far above the ocean without water. - I like the idea of the hideout at the pier end but it looks too similar to my coffee shop!
- All five cats of the cat lady play their animation at the same time which looks very weird.
Tatoo shop: - Great idea to have that open! Only the girl clips into the seat and the guy cowered for fear. - The dog barks if I open the door even if it is dead and it can't hurt me although it does try. - Remove the Gimble posters in the basement. Also the basement doorknob is the wrong way!
Brothers Salvage: - The face of the talking brother has a very low resolution and the diner's name is Surfside. - If you lockpick the door you are moved across the map because of a missing doorknob!
Surfside diner: - Remove Doris' voice from the vendor girl, it is much too old for the new model in any case! - If you talk to the guy in the diner he moves clipping right into the middle of the table.
Asylum: - I would remove the voice of the barkeeper to be consistent. Also the duplicate Danielle there.
Bailbonds: - Remove the email from the Krimeputer. It doesn't fit there and is the same 10 years later!
Trip's Pawnshop: - The new vendor is talking with Trip's voice which is weird. Replace it with new dialogue.
Last not least I am currently stuck at Brother's Salvage because my stats are not high enough!

I'm not sure of which quest are you talking about, savage brothers are involved in at least 3 quests... I suppose you're trying to solve the one that starts at Kilkpatrick? You need inspection 6 to analyze the broken truck... If you're talking about mercurio's car, it's more easy.
Some quests are solveable without moving around to other hubs, but some not... so be patient.

I've begun again to play at VTMB, using this mod of course. I've done some quests around, and now i am TRYING to go back at the Bank for the first task for LaCroix, but i'm stucked because my character seems to be "trapped" into a black screen, like the game can't load the map anymore.
Of course reloading the map from previous saves does not work.
Hi runza77, I'm sorry to say that never saw this problem sorry. This black screen is inmoviliza player for taxi entering cutscene, nothing more. Should dissapear after this... I suppose you will have to reload before entering this map.
No, you need Persuasion 6, I looked at the dialogue file. But this is way too much for an early side quest! Also Ventrue/Tremere/Brujah and Toreador get it for free with Dominate 1 or Presence 1. I believe the common rating used is 1 Dominate/Presence should be 2 Persuasion, not more...
