Does anybody know if he's still around? I like his work on the MotA pack and the Age of Redemption mod, and his playthroughs of the latter on Youtube were very interesting to watch. A shame he's no longer active anywhere on the net... Did he just mysteriously disappear from everyone's view? I hope he's okay.
I feel the same way. Javokis is a great modder but also a great faq writer. His Vampire Redemption Faq/Walkthrough, posted under the handle "Rainmoon", is still unsurpassed.
I will remember him fondly.
"You're too loud, police girl. I don't care if you are a vampire. You're still English; have some manners." (Integra Hellsing, Hellsing Ultimate)
I still have the faq in ".DOC" format. Give me a few minutes to upload it here.
EDIT: I uploaded the faq. Of course the source link indicated at the beginning of the faq is long gone. But I always point out to the source when I backup a notable document ( the old link was "http://emod.planetvampire.gamespy.com/ultimate_redemption_walkthrough.htm)

Thank you both once again, I'm glad I started this thread.
As for any other help, if you have any guides / walkthroughs (I have all the official ones, I think) with thorough coverage of the subject like Rainmoon's (any aspect of the game, disciplines, characters, tips...), it would most certainly be of use. Any obscure tables, charts, some data...
Perhaps something regarding the Storyteller Mode, especially the 'stcmd' and 'stcmd2' commands. Still trying to figure them out.
Multiplayer info is another blind spot - what software people used after WON went down? Are there any ways to do MP now, and if yes what options are available? If you have the knowledge, all of this would be very welcome.
Glad that people actually found it useful! I do still have this picture as well (and I really need to have it updated because the most useful Ctrl + S key for pause that you can use in "-devmode" is ironically not there...).
Since then I have made a full table on the Wiki redemption.wikitide.org/wiki/Hotkeys_%26_Controls But the picture chart is still nice for the beginners I think, because tables can be so confusing.
I've personally tried contacting Javokis multiple times but I've been ignored each time. I've only managed to get messages to him through intermediaries. It's still really disappointing to me how he completely abandoned VtmR and has become very standoffish towards it. As I've had a lot of questions for him that I've since had to reinvent the wheel on figuring out that would've only taken less than 5 seconds for him to answer.
This is also a big reason I've worked so hard to preserve documentation and tools for modding. The big modding guy abandoning the game so definitively and nobody else really knowing how to make mods for the game or where you could download them was absurd to me. So much of it was lost when Planet Vampire went down that I had to scramble to find everything. It's also why I've written new tutorials to fill in gaps that existed previously. Such as with importing new models or fixing Embrace's viewport. I want to put Vampire the Masquerade Redemption into a state where it is stronger than it was before PV went down.

You've done well and the effort is noticed by all. 👍

Yes he is still around, although he isn't pursuing VTMR content currently. He works long hours and his gaming free time is very limited as it is. Here is his youtube channel. www.youtube.com/@javokisgamer
