How to fix Embrace's awful camera on newer computers

Embrace was a fork of QeRadiant and it has a terrible bug that Id Software didn't fix until Doom 3. The camera runs at an uncapped framerate. Meaning on faster computers it will just go super fast and become essentially unusable.
This is fixable however by capping the framerate. You can do this on Nvidia GPUs by just going to the Nvidia control panel and setting it by app to Embrace. Then setting the framerate cap to 20 or 30. Intel based GPUs are slightly harder as you need to use a tool called RivaTuner. Which is located here.

Within Riva Tuner you can set it to 20 or 30 fps. 20 is jankier but less fast and 30 is smoother but slightly faster. Both are perfectly usable.
After capping the framerate the 3D view is now actually usable.
