But first, you need to make sure you have made correct playerstarts, and exit #
Example: Playerstart_0 is right is next to Exit tag 0 (you can set the exit value in the codex linker [SHIFT+C])
Open up ChronDir and insert the two .nil files you want to link.
The first one you inserted will be, by default, the starting map.
With one level icon selected, hold CNTRL and drag to the other level.
A menu will come up, and you will see the "exit numbers" that will be linked. Just change the values (if needed) to match the ones you set.
Then apply.
You can repeat this with as many levels as you wish (as long as you have the exits to link!)
Hope that helped you.

A little more info on adding new levels in ChronDir (version 1.2): Go to the location library under Tools and select Import Map from the file menu.
ChronDir will import .map files, .nil files and .cdl file. CDL files are created by Chronicle Director and are sometimes distributed with the level. In order of preference, you should try the .CDL file, the .MAP file and finally the .NIL file. Chronicle Director can find exit information from both the .CDL file and the .MAP file, but not the .NIL file.
