Ok, Bug2u, i appriciate the help, but its still not working right. I do all the steps, the last one is the one that messes up, no value is entered into the Codex box, so i cant put in the damage. I dont know why it wont work. Please help again...

You need to make sure that you click twice in the value field. Once should highlight it blue, then twice will give you a text cursor. Then, type in your value AND BEFORE you do anything else (except maybe breathe hit the enter key. This should enter the value in the box. Then, hit apply. If you make a mistake typing, you need to click twice again, and retype the entire value, don't backspace or delete. Codex Linker is very sensitive about type!

If all else fails, you can do it the longer way... Do all the steps up to the Codex Linker, but when you get there, just click once in the value field, then apply. Click again in the 2D window, then go back to the template editor. Under the key/value pairs, you should see a key (CODEXPVALUE0) with an empty value. Select that and enter the damage in the box on the bottom, then hit apply key. Should work
