Clipping Round Shapes

Appreciate the help on earlier problems. I have one more question. I am trying to clip something other than rectangular shapes out of my brushes, and have hit a brick wall. The documentation is absolutely no help. Is it not possible to clip circular shapes out of, say a wall or a floor brush?

Sometimes it is best to think add rather than subtract... perhaps you could try to build your wall or floor around the circular shape, rather than try to clip the round shape out of it... In either case, although you should try to avoid CSG subtract, if you can't find any other simpler way to make what you want, just subtract it... you could always then use that as a pattern for how to build the shape by hand. Hope that helps
