On this honestly I am not sure, Paradox is failing Bloodlines 2 as it fails the other games, even their top seller City Skyline, like basically is not the game IP, the world or the context the problem it is the realization, they didn't hire someone that has play the original game and ttrpg.

I think that if we show better work, there is still hope that someone realize that it is worth it, because if you see the comment section their is a market, a niche one sure but there is a lot of people commenting and a lot of them are waiting for a true Bloodlines, I really wasn't expected so much people talking about the previous opus.

And if not, well we could still do a kickstarter to buy the IP it will be cheap
