Something I like doing when I'm bored or when I get interested in something new is vampirizing some new favourite characters! It's a really interesting character study where you take a pre-existing characters from other sources and turn them into VTM kindred. Choosing their clan, sect, predator type, motivations in the world of darkness, disciplines, etc...
So, here's my question: Does anyone else do this? I'm interested to see what other characters people will turn into vampires and what their reasoning is. I know Lore by Night has a re-embrace series where he takes vampire characters from other pieces of media and essentially fills out a character sheet for them... I love it and I wanna hear more from the community!!
An example would be one of my favourite Marvel characters, Marvel Boy, aka Noh-Varr. I've always seen him as a gangrel personally. Noh-Varr is a space alien who was stranded and trapped on Earth and spends most of his time solitary for one reason or another, unless he has a team up and until he briefly joined the Avengers (which he was kinda stuck out) and then the Young Avengers. Notably, he has Cockroach DNA in him which gives him a bunch of weird and interesting powers. And that always reminded me of the vtm trait where you are essentially a living hive for ghouled insects...
