Protean without red vision

From a question found (and answered) on Reddit:

Go to \[mod directory]\materials\effects\
create a file called "redvision.vmt.txt"
inside write this:


"ScreenFeedback"
{
}


Save it and rename it as "redvision.vmt"

Have fun!
